Display the list of recipients with delivery status (Send date, open, click, Status)

To view the delivery details (open, click) of each individual recipient for a WhatsApp message sent through a campaign, follow these steps.

Procedure

1. Access the Marketing or Campaigns section of the control panel.

2. Click on the specific campaign that contains the WhatsApp message whose statistics you want to analyze.

3. On the campaign summary page, scroll down to find the section titled WhatsApp.

4. Within this section, locate the box related to the specific message (identified by its title and the WhatsApp icon).

5. If the box is collapsed, click on the arrow (icon <i class="fa fa-chevron-up"></i>) to expand it and view the contents.

6. Below the summary statistics (Messages sent, opened, clicked), you will find the table listing the recipients.

The table shows the following data for each recipient:

Send dateDate and time when the message was sent.
Open dateDate and time when the recipient viewed the message (if available). If not viewed, it shows N/A.
Click dateDate and time when the recipient clicked on a link contained in the message (if present). If not clicked, it shows N/A.
StatusThe final status of the message (e.g., Received, Read, Click, Not received).
