Display aggregated sending statistics (sent, opened, clicked)

Why do it: To monitor the effectiveness of WhatsApp messages sent within a specific Marketing Campaign.

Procedure

1. Access the section dedicated to Marketing Campaigns.

2. Click on the Campaign for which you want to view the WhatsApp sending statistics.

3. On the Campaign summary screen, scroll down until you find the section titled WhatsApp.

4. This section contains a separate box for each WhatsApp message sent through the Campaign (identified by its Message Title).

5. If the box is collapsed, click on the arrow (chevron) icon to expand the details.

6. Inside the expanded box, in the upper section, you will find the aggregate statistics:

  • Messages sent: The total number of messages attempted.
  • Messages opened: The number of messages that were viewed by the recipient.
  • Messages clicked: The number of messages where a link was clicked (if present).

7. Below these figures, percentage rates are displayed:

  • Delivery rate
  • Open rate
  • Click-through rate on delivery

> Note: Below the aggregate statistics there is a table showing details of each individual Recipient, including Send date, Open date, Click date, and Status of the message.
