Display aggregated statistics of sent WhatsApp messages (sent, opened, clicked)

Guide for Viewing Aggregate Statistics of WhatsApp Messages

This guide explains how to access and interpret the sending, opening, and click statistics of WhatsApp messages sent through your marketing campaigns.

Procedure

1. Access the Marketing section of the control panel.

2. Locate and click on the marketing campaign that contains the WhatsApp messages you want to view data for.

3. Within the campaign summary page, scroll down to the section titled WhatsApp.

4. For each WhatsApp message sent, you will find a box (initially collapsed) with the Message Title (for example, the name you assigned to the message). Click on the message title or on the arrow icon to expand the box and view the statistics.

5. Inside the expanded box, you will find the aggregate statistics table:

StatisticDescription
Messages sentThe total number of messages sent.
Messages openedThe number of messages that have been viewed by the recipient.
Messages clickedThe number of recipients who clicked on a link contained in the message.

6. Below the summary table, you can view calculated performance rates:

  • Delivery rate: The percentage of messages that were successfully delivered.
  • Open rate: The percentage of sent messages that were opened.
  • Click-through rate on delivery: The percentage of sent messages that generated a click.

7. Scrolling further down, you will find a table with a detailed list of recipients showing the individual status of each send:

  • Recipient
  • Send date
  • Open date
  • Click date
  • Status (for example, Not received, Received, Read or Clicked).
