Display and filter the recipient list with delivery and interaction status (Send date, Open date, Click date, Status)

This guide explains how to access and analyze the detailed list of recipients for a sent WhatsApp message, including delivery and interaction statuses.

Procedure

1. Access the Marketing section and select the campaign containing the WhatsApp message you want to analyze.

2. On the campaign summary page, scroll down to the WhatsApp section.

3. Locate the box related to the specific message (identified by its title, for example: [Message Name]). This box is initially collapsed.

4. Click on the expansion icon (usually an arrow or chevron) in the box to view its contents.

5. Summary metrics will be displayed (such as Messages Sent, Messages Opened, and their respective delivery/open rates).

6. Below the summary statistics, you will find the detailed recipients table. This table includes the following columns, which you can use to sort the data:

Sent DateDate and time when the message was sent.
Open DateDate and time when the recipient viewed the message (if applicable).
Click DateDate and time when the recipient clicked a link in the message (if applicable).
StatusThe current status of the message (Not received, Received, Read or Click).

7. To filter the list based on a specific criterion (for example, searching for a name or phone number), use the search bar above the table.

8. To sort the list (for example, to see most recent messages or those opened first), click on the desired column header (e.g., Click Date). The Sent Date column is set by default for descending order.
