This guide explains how to access and interpret the performance statistics (delivery, open, and click) of WhatsApp messages sent within a specific Marketing Automation campaign.
Procedure
1. Access the Marketing section and select the campaign for which you want to view statistics.
2. Within the campaign summary page, scroll down until you find the box titled WhatsApp.
3. Inside this section, each WhatsApp message sent (defined in automation) will be listed in a separate box, identified by its Message Title.
4. If the box is collapsed, click on the expansion icon (usually an arrow or an icon <i class="fa fa-chevron-up"></i>) located at the top right to view details.
5. At the top of the expanded box, you will find a summary table with totals:
- Messages Sent (Total send attempts).
- Messages Opened (Total messages viewed).
- Messages Clicked (Total links clicked within the message).
6. Just below, you will find conversion rates expressed as percentages:
- Delivery Rate: Indicates the percentage of messages that were actually delivered to the recipient.
- Open Rate: Indicates the percentage of messages that were viewed (read) by the recipient.
- Click-on-Delivery Rate: Indicates the percentage of recipients who clicked on a link relative to the total messages sent.
7. For a more detailed analysis, scroll down to the table below, which lists all recipients and provides the following data for each:
- Recipient
- Send Date
- Open Date
- Click Date
- Status (e.g., Received, Read, Clicked, Not received).
