Display the aggregated sending statistics (Messages sent, opened, clicked)

This guide explains how to access and interpret aggregate statistics related to WhatsApp messages sent within your campaigns.

Procedure

1. Navigate to the Marketing Campaigns section and select the campaign containing the WhatsApp messages you want to analyze.

2. Within the campaign review page, scroll down to find the section titled WhatsApp.

3. Inside this section, locate the block related to the specific message you want to examine (identified by its title).

4. If the block is collapsed (showing only the title), click on the expansion icon (<i class="fa fa-chevron-up"></i>) to view details.

5. In the first summary table, you will find the main aggregated data:

  • Messages sent: The total number of messages sent.
  • Messages opened: The number of recipients who viewed the message.
  • Messages clicked: The number of recipients who clicked on a link contained in the message.

6. Below the summary table, performance rates measured as percentages are displayed:

  • Delivery rate
  • Open rate
  • Click-through rate on delivery

Below these aggregated metrics, you will also find a detailed table listing recipients along with their respective sending, opening, and clicking dates.
