Why do it:
You can attach images (JPEG, PNG) or documents (PDF) to make your message more complete and engaging.
Important Limitations:
You can upload up to 3 files. Supported file types are images (JPEG, PNG) and documents (PDF).
Procedure for uploading attachments
1. On the WhatsApp message creation or editing screen (for example, in the Modifica WhatsApp or Crea WhatsApp section), scroll down to the settings section.
2. Locate the label Allegati.
3. Under the Allegati label, click on the upload area (or on the icon representing file upload).
4. Your computer's file selection window will open. Select the image or PDF document you want to attach.
5. The selected file will appear in the Allegati area.
6. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to add additional attachments, up to a maximum of three.
7. Once uploading is complete, proceed with entering the Titolo messaggio and the Messaggio.
8. Save your changes to confirm the marketing message with attachments.
