This guide explains how to add attachments (images or PDFs) to automatic messages sent via WhatsApp.
Note on limits: You can upload a maximum of 3 attachments per message. Supported formats are images (JPEG, PNG) and PDF documents.
Attachment Upload Procedure
1. Access the section for creating or editing the WhatsApp automation action (for example, Create WhatsApp or Edit WhatsApp).
2. Within the settings, locate the field labeled Attachments.
3. Click on the upload area under the Attachments label to open the media selector.
4. Upload the desired files from your computer. Remember that only image files (JPEG, PNG) and PDFs are accepted, up to three in total.
5. Once the upload is complete, the files will appear in the Attachments area.
6. Save the automation action to apply the attachments to the message.
