This procedure allows you to define one or more landline phone numbers to which a message template will be sent, ignoring the default recipient associated with a customer.
Procedure
1. Access the message template management section (for example, within the settings of an automation or in the template library).
2. Open the WhatsApp template you want to modify.
3. Scroll down until you find the field labeled Custom Recipient.
4. In the text field, enter the phone numbers of the recipients to whom you want to send the message.
5. Important: Make sure to separate each phone number with a comma.
Example: +39123456789, +39987654321, 3331122334
6. Click the button to save changes (for example, Save template or Save changes).
When this template is used, the message will be sent to the numbers specified in the Custom Recipient field. If the field is left empty, the message will be sent to the default recipient (the phone number associated with the contact).
