Why do it:
This setting allows you to specify one or more fixed phone numbers that will always receive a copy of the message whenever the template is used, in addition to the main recipient.
Procedure:
1. Access the message template management section (or Email/Notifications) of the platform.
2. Select the WhatsApp (MayTapi) type template you want to modify.
3. Scroll down to find the advanced settings section of the template.
4. Locate the field labeled Custom Recipient.
5. In the text field, enter the phone numbers of the default recipients.
6. Make sure to follow the instruction: Enter multiple recipients separated by a comma.
7. Click the save button (e.g., Save or Update) to apply changes to the template.
