This guide explains how to configure a message template so that, when sent, it automatically reaches one or more predefined recipients in addition to the main recipient.
Procedure
1. Access the message template management section (often found under Settings or Communications).
2. Select the WhatsApp message template you want to modify.
3. In the template editing screen, scroll down to the settings section.
4. Locate the field labeled Custom Recipient.
5. In this field, enter the phone numbers of the additional recipients.
6. Important: Make sure to separate multiple recipients using a comma (for example: 393331234567, 393459876543).
- Note: The placeholder text reads: "Enter multiple recipients separated by a comma".
7. After entering the recipients, save the changes to the template.
Each time this template is used, the message will be sent both to the main action recipient (e.g., the customer) and to the numbers specified in the Custom Recipient field.
