This guide explains how to send a WhatsApp message directly from a customer's profile, allowing you to select the sender, write the content, and attach files.
Manual Sending Procedure
1. Access the customer's profile to whom you want to send the message.
2. Locate and click the Send WhatsApp Message button (usually accompanied by the WhatsApp icon). The message composition window will open.
3. In the Sender field, select the WhatsApp number you will use for sending. Select Default to use the configured default account.
4. In the Message field, write the content of the message.
5. If you need to include files, use the Attachments field to upload or select the desired documents or images.
6. Once composition is complete, click the confirmation button (e.g., Send Message) to send the message to the customer.
