This procedure guides you in choosing the WhatsApp phone number from which the message will be sent directly to your customer (valid both for immediate sending and marketing automations).
Procedure
1. Access the interface for creating or editing the WhatsApp message (for example, within an automation campaign or in the quick send window from the customer profile).
2. Locate the message settings section.
3. Look for the field labeled Sender.
4. Click on the dropdown menu located under the Sender label.
5. Select one of the following options:
- Default: The message will be sent using the main WhatsApp number configured in your account's general settings.
- [Phone number]: Select one of the phone numbers linked to your account to send the message specifically from that line.
6. After selecting the Sender, proceed with composing the message and save your changes.
