This guide shows you how to choose the correct WhatsApp group to send your message to, within the automation or autopost settings.
Selecting the Recipient WhatsApp Group
Why do it:
To send a message to all members of a specific WhatsApp group linked to your account.
Procedure:
1. Access the WhatsApp Settings section (or Automation/Autopost).
2. Locate the field labeled Group.
3. Click on the dropdown menu under the Group label.
4. In the menu that appears, available groups are organized into sections (called optgroup in the code) based on the WhatsApp phone number used as sender.
5. Select the desired group name (for example, "Team Marketing," "Clienti VIP," etc.) under the correct phone number.
> Note: If a phone number has no available groups, you will see the disabled option No groups available.
