This guide explains how to choose which WhatsApp account to use to send messages as part of a bulk sending campaign.
Procedure
1. Access the creation or editing screen of a WhatsApp action (identified as Create WhatsApp or Edit WhatsApp).
2. Within the WhatsApp Settings section, look for the column containing the sender settings.
3. Locate the label Sender.
4. Click on the dropdown menu under the Sender label.
5. Select the WhatsApp phone number you want to use for sending.
- By selecting the Default option, the account set as primary in the general settings will be used.
6. After selecting the sender, make sure to save your action's configuration.
