Select the Sender number for sending automation messages

To ensure that your automatic messages are sent from the correct WhatsApp number, follow these steps within the automation settings.

1. Access or create a new WhatsApp-type automation step (for example, Create WhatsApp or Edit WhatsApp).

2. In the WhatsApp Settings section, locate the column containing sending options.

3. Look for the field labeled Sender.

4. Click on the dropdown menu under Sender.

5. Select the WhatsApp phone number you want to use for sending messages.

Select Default if you want to use the main number configured for the system.

6. Complete the other message settings (Message Title, Message, Attachments, etc.).

7. Save the automation step to apply the change.
