This procedure guides you in choosing the specific WhatsApp group to which the message will be sent within a Marketing or Autopost action.
1. Access the creation or editing screen of the sending action (for example, Create WhatsApp or Edit WhatsApp for sending to groups).
2. Locate the settings section, usually in the left column.
3. Look for the field labeled Group.
4. Click on the dropdown menu of the Group field.
5. The available groups are listed and grouped by associated WhatsApp phone number (the Sender).
6. Select the name of the specific WhatsApp group to which you want to send the message.
- Note: If under a phone number it says No groups available, it means that the linked WhatsApp account has no active or synchronized groups.
7. Once you have selected the group, proceed to fill in the Message and any Attachments.
8. Save the action to confirm the recipient group.
