This procedure describes how to send a direct WhatsApp message to a single customer from their profile page.
Procedure
1. Access the customer's card or profile to whom you want to send the message.
2. Locate and click the Send WhatsApp Message button. The message composition window will open.
3. In the Sender field, select the WhatsApp number you will use for sending. Choose the Default option to use the main configured number.
4. In the Message field, write the text you want to send to the customer.
5. (Optional) If you need to attach files (images, videos, or PDFs), use the Attachments section to upload media.
6. Click the confirmation button (usually Send or Save) to deliver the WhatsApp message to the customer.
> Note: The sent message will be visible and manageable within the "Messages" section as a new conversation.
