This guide shows you how to reorder the recipient list of a WhatsApp message based on the date the message was sent, opened, or clicked.
Procedure
1. Access the Marketing section and select the WhatsApp campaign for which you want to view statistics.
2. Scroll down to the statistics section, where you will find the panel titled with the name of the WhatsApp message.
3. Inside this panel, locate the table listing the recipients (below the Delivery Rate, Open Rate, and Click Rate statistics).
4. To sort the list, click on the desired column header:
- Click Send Date to sort recipients by sending time.
- Click Open Date to sort recipients by when they viewed the message.
- Click Click Date to sort recipients by when they clicked a link within the message.
5. Clicking a second time on the same header will reverse the order (from ascending to descending, or vice versa).
> Note: By default, the list is sorted by Send Date in descending order (most recent messages at the top). The columns Open Date and Click Date show "N/A" (Not Applicable) if the action has not yet been recorded.
