This guide explains how to update the title and body text of a WhatsApp message template used by the system.
Procedure
1. Access the Templates or Message Models management section within your control panel.
2. Locate and select the specific WhatsApp (MayTapi) type template you wish to edit.
3. In the template editing screen, find the field labeled:
- Titolo del messaggio
- Enter or modify the title text in this field.
4. Just below, locate the larger text field labeled:
- Contenuto del messaggio
- Enter or modify the body of the template in this text area.
5. If necessary, in the section below, you can edit the field:
- Destinatario personalizzato
- Enter here various recipients separated by commas if the template needs to be sent to specific numbers besides the default recipient.
6. Click on the save button (usually Salva or Salva modifiche) to apply changes to the template.
