Step-by-step procedure
1. Access the Templates (or Message Templates) management section of your platform.
2. Select the WhatsApp type template you want to edit.
3. Locate the content editing section. You will find the following fields:
- Message title: Enter or modify the internal title of the template. This title is used for identification within the platform.
- Message content: Edit the actual text that will be sent to recipients via WhatsApp.
4. (Optional) If you need to configure a specific recipient for this template, locate the section under the settings group:
- Custom recipient: Enter additional recipients' phone numbers, separated by commas.
5. Once modifications are complete, click on the save button (usually labeled Save or Apply changes) to make the new template content effective.
