This guide explains how to send a customized WhatsApp message by selecting the sender, writing the content, and adding any attachments.
Procedure
1. Access the contact or client tab to whom you want to send the message.
2. Locate and click on the Invia messaggio WhatsApp button (WhatsApp icon). A composition window will open.
3. In the Mittente field, select the WhatsApp number you will use to send the message.
- Tip: Selecting "Predefinito" will use the main configured WhatsApp account.
4. In the Messaggio field, write the text content you want to send.
5. If you want to attach files (such as images or PDFs), use the Allegati section.
6. Once you have completed the message and added attachments, click on the confirmation button (usually Invia or Salva) to send the message to the recipient.
