This procedure allows you to manually define the mobile numbers to which a mass message will be sent, bypassing the predefined customer list of the automation.
Procedure
1. Access the creation or editing section of the WhatsApp sending action within your Marketing Automation campaign.
2. Locate the field labeled Recipient.
3. Click on the dropdown menu and select the Custom option.
4. A new field labeled Custom Recipient will immediately appear.
5. Enter in this field the mobile numbers to which you want to send the message. Make sure to separate each number with a comma (,).
> Example: 393331234567, 393339876543, 393330001112
6. Confirm and save the WhatsApp action to apply the custom recipients.
