To view delivery, open, and click rates, as well as the detailed list of recipients for a specific WhatsApp message.
Procedure: Expand the statistics details for a specific message
1. Access the statistics section of the marketing campaign containing the WhatsApp message.
2. Locate the block related to the message you want to analyze. This block is identified by its Nome del messaggio (for example, <h5><?= $whatsapp_detail['name']; ?></h5>).
3. The block initially appears collapsed (ibox collapsed). Click on the expand icon (an arrow or a chevron, <i class="fa fa-chevron-up"></i>) located at the top right corner of the message title.
4. Once expanded, the block will show:
- Summary statistics (Messaggi inviati, Messaggi aperti, Messaggi cliccati).
- Detailed conversion rates (Tasso di consegna, Tasso di apertura, Tasso di click su consegna).
5. Below the summary statistics, you will find the detailed recipients table, which includes the following columns for each recipient:
- Destinatario
- Data invio
- Data apertura
- Data click
- Stato (e.g., Non ricevuta, Ricevuta, Letta, Click).
