This procedure allows you to show or hide the full statistical details related to each WhatsApp message sent within your campaign.
Procedure
1. Access the Statistics section of the campaign you are analyzing.
2. Locate the tab related to the WhatsApp message whose details you want to see (identified by the WhatsApp icon and the message title, for example <h5><?= $whatsapp_detail['name']; ?></h5>).
3. In the upper right corner of this tab, look for and click on the arrow (Chevron) icon located next to the title.
- If the tab is collapsed, clicking the icon will expand it, showing the details (Delivery Rate, Open Rate, Click Rate) and the recipients table.
- If the tab is already expanded, clicking the icon will collapse it, hiding the details.
