This guide explains how to configure the content and recipients of a WhatsApp message intended for a specific group, within the WhatsApp Settings section.
Procedure
1. Access the screen for creating or editing the WhatsApp message (the header will be Create WhatsApp or Edit WhatsApp).
2. In the WhatsApp Settings section, locate the Group field.
3. Click on the dropdown menu and select the WhatsApp group you want to send the message to. Groups are organized by sending WhatsApp Account.
- Note: If you do not see any groups, the system will display the option "No groups available".
4. In the Message field, enter the text you want to send to the group.
- The message has a maximum limit of 1530 characters.
5. If you want to attach files, use the Attachments section.
- Click to upload or select files. JPEG, PNG, and PDF files are supported.
- You can upload up to 3 attachments.
6. Once configuration is complete, save or confirm the action using the save button provided by the platform.
