This guide shows you how to set up a WhatsApp message that will be sent automatically to a specific group, using the "Gruppo Whatsapp" action within the automation platform (Autopost).
Configuration Procedure
1. Access the action: Within your marketing campaign or the Autopost panel, select or create the Gruppo Whatsapp action.
2. Select the Recipient Group:
- In the field labeled Gruppo, select the WhatsApp group to which you want to send the message.
- Available groups are listed under the associated WhatsApp phone number (for example, under the label of the number
+39...).
3. Write the Message:
- In the Messaggio field, enter the content of the WhatsApp message.
- Note: The message has a maximum limit of 1530 characters.
4. Add Attachments (Optional):
- In the Allegati field, you can upload media files (images, videos, or PDFs) to include in the message.
- Click on the upload area to select files. Files allowed are
JPEG,PNG, andPDF(maximum 3 attachments).
5. Save the Setting:
- Once configuration is complete, save the action to apply changes to autopost or automation.
