To define who will receive your mass WhatsApp message, follow these steps:
Choose default or custom recipients for the mass sending
1. In the WhatsApp Settings section of creating or editing the message, locate the Recipient field.
2. Click on the dropdown menu to choose the desired option:
- Select Default if you want the message to be sent to the recipient list associated with the marketing campaign (for example, all contacts in a Funnel or in a specific Group).
- Select Custom if you want to send the message to specific numbers, ignoring the default list.
3. If you chose the Custom option, a new field called Custom Recipient will appear.
4. In the Custom Recipient field, enter the phone numbers of the recipients. If you need to enter multiple numbers, separate them using a comma (e.g., 393331234567, 393459876543).
5. Once the selection is complete, make sure to save the changes made to the message.
