This guide explains how to attach documents or images when sending a direct message (e.g., via WhatsApp) to a specific contact.
Procedure
1. Access the tab of the contact or client you want to send the message to.
2. Click on the Send WhatsApp message button (identified by the WhatsApp icon). The message composition window will open.
3. In the composition window, locate the section labeled Attachments.
4. Click inside the Attachments field to open the media library.
5. Upload or select the file you want to attach (for example, JPEG, PNG images, or PDF documents).
6. Once the attachment is selected, verify the content in the Sender and Message fields.
7. Click on the confirmation button (usually "Send" or "Save") to send the message with the attached file.
