This guide explains how to attach media files (images or documents) when sending a message to a WhatsApp group through the platform.
Why do it:
You can send up to 3 attachments (JPEG images, PNG, or PDF documents) along with your text message.
Procedure
1. Access the creation or editing screen of the WhatsApp sending action for groups.
2. In the left column, under the Gruppo field, locate the section titled Allegati.
3. Click on the upload area within the Allegati section.
4. The media library will open: upload new files or select existing ones.
- Note: You can attach up to 3 files. Supported formats are JPEG, PNG, and PDF.
5. Once files are selected, they will appear in the Allegati section.
6. Complete the Messaggio field with the text you want to send.
7. Click the button to save the action (usually found at the bottom of the page or in the automation control panel).
