Write the content of the WhatsApp message (with shortcode support).

Content:

Why do it:

This procedure allows you to define the text of the WhatsApp message to send, including shortcodes to automatically customize the content with specific data for each recipient.

Procedure

1. Locate the WhatsApp Settings section on the creation or editing screen.

2. In the field labeled Message Title, enter a descriptive name to identify your message (for example, "Summer Promotion").

3. Above the text fields, consult the table of Available Shortcodes. These codes (e.g., [nome], [cognome]) represent variables that will be automatically replaced with recipient data at the time of sending.

4. In the text field labeled Message, write the content you want to send.

5. To personalize the message, copy and paste the desired shortcodes directly into the Message text (for example: "Hello [nome], we have news for you.").

6. Attention: The message is limited to a maximum of 1530 characters. Make sure your content fits within this limit.

> Note about attachments: If you have uploaded attachments (images, PDF), these will be sent along with the text you entered in the Message field.
