This procedure allows you to send an immediate WhatsApp message to a single customer directly from their profile.
Procedure
1. Access the profile of the customer you want to send the message to.
2. Locate and click on the Send WhatsApp Message button.
- Note: This button is visible only if the customer has a mobile phone number associated.
3. A message composition window will open. In the field labeled Message, enter the text you want to send to the customer.
4. If you need to attach files (such as JPG/PNG images or PDFs), use the Attachments field to upload the documents.
5. Once you have completed composing, click on the confirmation button (usually Send or Save) to immediately send the WhatsApp message to the customer.
