View status (Not received, Received, Read, Click) for each recipient
To view delivery and interaction details for each individual recipient of a WhatsApp message sent through a Marketing Campaign, follow these steps.
Procedure
1. Access the Marketing section and select the Campaign for which you want to view statistics.
2. Scroll down the statistics page until you find the WhatsApp section.
3. Within the WhatsApp section, find the specific message whose recipients you want to analyze (identified by its title, for example <?= $whatsapp_detail['name']; ?>).
4. If the message section is collapsed, click on the title or the expansion icon (the upward-pointing arrow) to view the details.
5. Below the summary of statistics (Messages sent, opened, clicked), you will find a table titled with the following columns:
- Recipient
- Send date
- Open date
- Click date
- Status
6. In the Status column you can view the delivery and interaction status for that recipient, which can be:
- Non ricevuta: The message was not delivered to the recipient.
- Ricevuta: The message was delivered.
- Letta: The recipient opened and viewed the message.
- Click: The recipient clicked on a link in the message.
7. The Open date and Click date columns will show the exact date and time when the action was recorded, or N/A if the action did not occur.
