This guide explains how to access and interpret statistics related to WhatsApp messages sent through your Marketing Automation campaigns.
Procedure
1. Access the Marketing section and select the Campaign that contains the WhatsApp message sending action.
2. Within the Campaign, scroll down to the section titled WhatsApp.
3. Look for the statistics block related to the message you are interested in (identified by its title). Since the block is initially collapsed, click on the arrow icon (or on the title) to expand the view.
4. Once expanded, you will see a summary table with key data:
- Messages sent: The total number of messages sent.
- Messages opened: The number of messages viewed by the recipient.
- Messages clicked: The number of messages where the recipient clicked on a link.
5. Below the summary, you will find detailed performance rates:
- Delivery rate: The percentage of messages successfully delivered (Received/Sent).
- Open rate: The percentage of messages opened (Opened/Sent).
- Click-through rate on delivery: The percentage of messages that generated a click (Clicked/Sent).
6. Below the percentages, there is a table listing individual recipients and their message status. This table includes the following columns:
- Recipient
- Send date
- Open date
- Click date
- Status (Indicates whether the message was Received, Read, or if a Click was generated).
