It is possible to specify a landline phone number or a custom variable (shortcode) as the recipient, instead of using the contact executing the automation.
Procedure
1. Access the WhatsApp action you want to modify within your automation (for example, Create WhatsApp or Edit WhatsApp).
2. In the WhatsApp Settings section, locate the Recipient field.
3. Click on the dropdown menu and select the Custom option.
4. Below, the Custom Recipient field will appear.
5. Enter in this field the landline phone number or shortcode containing the desired recipient's number.

6. Save the automation action.
> Note: If multiple numbers or shortcodes are entered in the Custom Recipient field, the message will be sent to each of them.
