To sort the list of recipients of a WhatsApp message based on the date they clicked a link, follow these steps.
Procedure
1. Access the statistics section of the marketing campaign that contains the WhatsApp message you want to analyze.
2. Locate the box related to the WhatsApp message. If the box is collapsed, click on the chevron (arrow) icon to expand the section.
3. Scroll down until you see the recipients table, which includes the following columns:
- Recipient
- Send Date
- Open Date
- Click Date
- Status
4. Click on the header of the Click Date column.
- The first click will sort the list in ascending order (from the oldest to the most recent click).
- A second click will sort the list in descending order (from the most recent to the oldest click).
The recipient list will be updated showing at the top the contacts who last clicked on the link contained in the message.
