This guide explains how to send a direct WhatsApp message to a single customer using the dedicated form (modal) available in the system.
Procedure
1. Access the profile of the customer you want to send the message to.
2. Locate the actions or contacts section and click on the Send WhatsApp Message button. A sending form (modal) will open.
3. In the field labeled Message, type the text you want to send to the customer.
4. If necessary, use the Attachments section to upload files (such as images, PDFs, etc.). You can upload up to 3 attachments.
5. Once all fields are completed, click the confirmation button (usually Send or Save) to proceed with immediately sending the WhatsApp message to the customer's associated mobile number.
