This procedure allows you to choose the WhatsApp group to send the message to, using the groups linked to your Manycontacts account.
Procedure
1. Access the screen for creating or editing the group WhatsApp action (for example, in an Automation or Autopost).
2. Locate the settings section and find the field labeled Group.
3. Click on the dropdown menu under the Group label.
4. The list will show phone numbers associated with your account, under which the available WhatsApp groups are listed (for example, a group might appear under the number +39 123 456 789).
5. Select the name of the WhatsApp group you wish to send the message to.
- Note: If under a phone number appears the wording Nessun gruppo disponibile, it means that sender has no linked or synchronized groups.
6. Once you have selected the group, you can proceed to fill in the Message and add any Attachments.
