This guide explains how to define the title, text, and attachments for a WhatsApp message, whether sent individually or via automation (funnel or group sending).
Procedure for Creating the Message
1. In the WhatsApp Settings section (or equivalent for single sending), locate the Message Title field.
- Enter a descriptive name to identify the message within the platform (e.g., "Summer Promotion" or "Order Notification").
2. Locate the text area labeled Message.
- Write your message content.
- Note: The message has a recommended maximum length of 1530 characters.
- You can use shortcodes listed in the customization table (if present) to automatically insert specific recipient data (such as first name, last name, or custom variables).
3. If you wish to include multimedia files, locate the Attachments field.
- Click on the upload area to select files from your computer or library.
- Note: Up to 3 attachments per message are allowed. Supported formats are images (.jpeg, .png) and documents (.pdf).
4. After completing the title, content, and attachments, proceed to save or activate the action (the save button is generally located outside this configuration section).
