Navigate to the associated marketing campaign (from the user history detail)

Why do it:

To view the details, settings, and statistics of the specific WhatsApp campaign that generated the interaction recorded in the user's history.

Procedure

1. Access the User History section (or User Detail).

2. In the activity list, locate an event related to a WhatsApp message. These events are labeled as:

• "Ha ricevuto il WhatsApp [Campaign Name]"
• "Ha letto il WhatsApp [Campaign Name]"
• "Ha cliccato il WhatsApp [Campaign Name]"

3. Next to the desired WhatsApp event, click on the View campaign button.

You will be redirected directly to the edit or view page of the associated marketing campaign.
