This guide explains how to update the text and title of an existing WhatsApp message template.
Procedure for Editing the Template
1. Access the section of the platform dedicated to managing Templates or WhatsApp Messages.
2. Select the template you want to edit to open the editing screen.
3. In the section dedicated to the title:
- Locate the field labeled Message Title.
- Enter or modify the title text in this field.
4. In the section dedicated to the content:
- Locate the text area labeled Message Content.
- Modify the message text as desired.
- Note: If you are using custom variables (shortcodes) to insert dynamic data (such as the customer's name), ensure they are correctly placed within the text.
5. Once you have completed changes to both the Message Title and Message Content, scroll down to the bottom of the page.
6. Click on the save button (usually labeled Save or Save Changes) to apply updates to the template.
The WhatsApp message template is now updated with the new content.
