This guide shows you how to change the identifying title of a WhatsApp message template used in your marketing automations.
Changing the Title of a WhatsApp Message Template
The message title serves to quickly identify the template within the platform (for example, in the campaign list or statistics).
Procedure
1. Access the editor of the WhatsApp message template you want to modify (within the Automations or Campaigns section).
2. At the top of the screen, locate the section titled WhatsApp Settings.
3. Look for the text field labeled Message Title.
4. Delete the existing title and type the new name you want to assign to the template.
- Tip: You might see the prompt "Enter a title" in the field.
5. Once you have entered the new title, make sure to save your changes. Click on the main save button on the page (usually Save or Update) to confirm the modification.
The WhatsApp message template is now updated with the new title.
