To view or hide the full details of statistics (such as delivery rates, opens, clicks, and the list of recipients) for a specific WhatsApp message within your campaign.
Procedure
1. Access the overview of your campaign's statistics.
2. Scroll down to the section titled WhatsApp.
3. Locate the box related to the message you want to analyze. This box is identified by the message name (for example, <?= $whatsapp_detail['name']; ?>).
4. On the right side of the message title bar, locate the group of tools (ibox-tools).
5. Click on the upward arrow icon (<i class="fa fa-chevron-up"></i>).
6. The section below will expand, showing the statistics details and the recipients table.
7. To hide the details again (collapse the section), click on the same icon once more.
