To view the delivery and interaction status of each individual user who received a WhatsApp message within a specific campaign:
Procedure
1. Access the analysis or statistics section of your Marketing campaign.
2. Locate the box related to the WhatsApp campaign you want to analyze. This box is identified by the campaign title and the WhatsApp icon (<i class="fa fa-whatsapp"></i>).
3. Since the box is initially collapsed, click on the title or the expansion icon (<i class="fa fa-chevron-up"></i>) to view the details.
4. Once the section is expanded, scroll down until you find the recipients table, implicitly titled by the columns:

| Recipient | The contact who received the message. |
| Send Date | The date and time when the message was sent. |
| Open Date | The date and time when the recipient read the message. |
| Click Date | The date and time when the recipient clicked a link in the message. |
| Status | The final status of the message (e.g., Not received, Received, Read, Click). |
Note: The table is interactive and allows sorting recipients based on columns, with Send Date set by default as descending order.
