This guide shows you how to access detailed statistics related to the performance of a WhatsApp message sent within a campaign.

Why do it

To measure the effectiveness of the WhatsApp messages sent by checking how many were delivered, read, and how many generated a click.

Procedure

1. Access the Marketing or Campaigns section of the platform.

2. Click on the specific campaign for which you want to view the statistics.

3. Scroll down until you find the section titled WhatsApp.

4. Within this section, you will find one or more tabs (initially collapsed) titled with the name of each WhatsApp message sent (for example, the message title is <?= $whatsapp_detail['name']; ?>).

5. Click on the expand icon or arrow (the fa-chevron-up icon) to open the message tab and view the statistics.

6. At the top of the expanded tab, you will find a summary of total counts:

  • Messages sent
  • Messages opened
  • Messages clicked

7. Scroll slightly down to view percentage conversion rates, also represented by progress bars:

  • Delivery rate (shows the percentage of messages that were successfully delivered).
  • Open rate (shows the percentage of messages that were opened/read).
  • Click-through rate on delivery (shows the percentage of messages that generated a click on a tracked link).
