This guide explains how to add multimedia attachments (images or documents) to your WhatsApp message, whether you are creating a standard message or an automation.
Why attach files?
You can enrich your WhatsApp message by including up to a maximum of 3 files among images (JPG, PNG) and documents (PDF).
Procedure to attach files
1. Access the creation or editing section of the WhatsApp message (for example, in the Edit WhatsApp or Create WhatsApp screen).
2. Locate the section dedicated to attachments, labeled as Attachments.
3. Click on the upload area or the button to select files.
4. Select the files you want to attach from your computer or media library.
- Attention: You can attach a maximum of 3 files.
- Accepted formats are: JPG images, PNG images, and PDF documents.
5. Once the files have been uploaded and displayed under the Attachments label, you can proceed to fill in the Message and save the action.
