This guide explains how to attach documents or images to a WhatsApp message sent directly to a single customer from their profile.
Procedure
1. Access the profile of the customer you want to send a WhatsApp message to.
2. Click the Send WhatsApp Message button. The composition window will open.
3. In the Message field, write the text of your message.
4. Below the message field, locate the Attachments label.
5. Click on the Attachments field to upload or select files from your media library.
6. Select the desired files (images, PDF, etc.). You can attach up to 3 files.
7. Once you have finished composing the message and adding attachments, click the confirmation button (usually Send or Save) to send the message to the customer.
