1. Creation and Sending of Personalized Messages
It is possible to create WhatsApp messages to be used within marketing campaigns.
- Personalization: Use shortcodes (dynamic variables) to automatically insert the customer's name, order number, or other specific information into the message text.
- Multimedia Content: Include up to 3 attachments per message (JPEG/PNG images or PDF documents).
- Sender and Recipient: Choose which WhatsApp number (Sender) to use for sending and define the Recipient (default based on the customer's profile or a custom number).
2. Detailed Tracking and Statistics
The system tracks the effectiveness of each message sent within campaigns.
- Key Metrics: View the total number of messages sent, opened, and clicked.
- Conversion Rates: Obtain delivery, open, and click rates to evaluate campaign performance.
- Recipient Details: A summary table shows for each recipient: send date, open date, click date, along with the message status (Not received, Received, Read, Clicked).
3. Link Tracking
Every link inserted in the message body is automatically encoded so that the system can accurately record who clicked and when, updating the user's history.
4. Conversation Management
- Direct Messaging: From each customer's profile card, if a mobile number is present, a button is available to immediately send a direct WhatsApp message.
- Customer History: All interactions (receipt, reading, clicks) are recorded in the customer's history, providing a complete view of their activities.
5. Group Communication (Optional)
Allows selecting an existing WhatsApp group and sending a mass message to all members of that group.
How to configure
Initial configuration requires authentication with the Manycontacts platform.
1. API Key: Enter the API Key provided by Manycontacts in the plugin authentication panel.
2. Automatic Connection (Webhook): Once the API key is entered, the system automatically establishes a connection (Webhook) with Manycontacts. This allows the system to receive real-time notifications regarding read messages, received messages, or new incoming messages.
