Why do it:
This procedure allows you to immediately synchronize the data of selected customers from your platform to Manychat, updating or creating new subscribers.
Procedure: Export selected data to Manychat
1. Access the customer management section (or the list of items you want to export).
2. Select the items (customers, etc.) you want to export by checking the box next to each item in the table.
3. Locate and click on the dropdown button labeled Manychat (identified by the gear icon <i class="fa fa-gear"></i>), located in the main actions area.
4. From the dropdown menu, click on the Export option.
5. A progress window (Sending in progress...) will appear. Wait for the operation to complete.
6. Upon completion, you will receive an Export completed notification showing a summary of Sent and Not sent items, including any error details.
> Note: If you try to perform the export without first saving changes or selecting items, the system may display a warning: "Save before sending/downloading data.
