How to view the synchronization status of records (Synchronized / Not linked)

To check if a customer record has been correctly synchronized with Manychat, you need to consult the customer management table.

Procedure

1. Access the customer management section (usually called "Customers" or "Records").

2. In the table listing your records, locate the column that shows the Manychat synchronization status.

3. For each customer, check the label displayed in this column to determine the status:

  • If the record has been synchronized with Manychat, you will see the label Synchronized (usually highlighted in blue or green).
  • If the record has not yet been linked to Manychat, you will see the label Not Linked (usually highlighted in red).
